We can also do exercises with our mind, meditation. But in this case of dream yoga's book, it is considered as a part of ancient practices. He also explains about lucid dreaming. He explains that we spend one-third of our lifetime in our sleep and its around 25 years. So, In ancient time all the yogis and the masters, they figure out that we can use those 25 years in some valuable time and which can be possible through "Lucid Dreaming". So, that they developed a technique "the lucid dreaming" in which they develop exercises to develop lucid dreaming that means developing consciousness while dreaming. If we can able to figure out that we are dreaming when we are in sleep then we can develop the flexibility to change if you wanted not to get stuck in nightmares, depression, and sense of loss. By lucid dreaming you can develop a sense of clarity, direction, so you can free from blockages. That is co-part of this book. This book explains how we can feel the sense of freedom and positivity in life by converting our dream into some valuable time while dreaming or sleeping. This book helps you to understand "how to get into lucid dreaming"
